Interactive demo
Discover NovaFisko without creating an account, with a demo firm and four fictitious Belgian company files.
The interactive demo opens the real application, on demo.novafisko.com, in a demo firm that is already filled in. There is no account to create and no data to prepare: you post entries, letter items, prepare a VAT return and export, just as in your own firm.
What the demo contains
The firm "Fiduciaire Démo" holds four fictitious company files, built to look like real clients.

Each company file has two fiscal years: the previous one is closed, the current one is open. You will find entries spread over every month, bank statements that are partly reconciled, fixed assets with their depreciation schedule, quarterly VAT returns, recurring entries, imported documents (a few still to validate) and a history that is already populated.
All data is invented. The enterprise numbers belong to a range reserved for the demo and do not match any real company.
Open the demo
- Go to demo.novafisko.com, or click Try the interactive demo on the website.
- The application signs you in automatically with a demo user, in the language of your browser.
- Pick a company file in the list, then browse the tabs: Entries, Documents, Bank, VAT, Exports.
Your demo session is personal and lasts 24 hours at most. To end it earlier, sign out from the user menu.
What you can do
All local bookkeeping is open:
- enter invoices and miscellaneous operations, reverse an entry;
- book the documents already imported and correct their lines;
- reconcile bank transactions and letter third parties;
- prepare and validate a VAT return, generate the Intervat file;
- consult the trial balance, the annual accounts and the Quality checks;
- download exports as PDF, Excel and CSV, as well as the full dossier;
- use the history, revert and the recycle bin.
What is disabled
Anything that would have an effect outside the demo is blocked. The application then shows a message saying that the action is not available in demo mode.

Demo data is reset every night, around 3:15 am. What you enter is visible to other visitors until that reset: do not enter any real or confidential data.
Move on to your own firm
Once the demo has convinced you, create your firm and your first company file. Nothing is carried over from the demo: you start with your own data.
