Licence and pricing
The Starter and Firm plans, the options, the monthly calculation and the Licence screen of the firm.
NovaFisko prices are public and can be calculated. All amounts exclude VAT, are billed monthly and involve no commitment. This page details the plans, the calculation rule and the Licence screen where you follow your usage.
The plans

The tiers of the Firm plan are cumulative: each file is billed at the price of its tier.
Example for 150 files. 49 € + 100 × 2,90 € + 50 × 2,40 € = 49 + 290 + 120 = 459 € per month.

What is included
- Firm: unlimited users, CODA and SODA, Peppol reception and sending with a fair use of 100 documents sent per file and per month, VAT and Intervat, support, updates, migration of your data from WinBooks, Horus or BOB.
- Starter: full accounting, CODA and SODA, Peppol with the same fair use, VAT and Intervat, support and updates.
Not included: Codabox fees (your Codabox contract remains yours) and the 21 % VAT added on the statement.
Discounts and pilot programme
- Yearly payment: 10 % discount.
- Pilot programme: the first 20 firms receive 3 months of base free of charge (49 € per month) in exchange for their feedback.
- Assisted migration: free, 2 to 4 hours, for firms with more than 20 files.

The simulator of the Licence screen and the one on the website apply exactly the calculation of the statement.
How a file is counted
An active file is a file that was active for at least a moment during the month. NovaFisko keeps a monthly register: one line per firm, per file and per month.
- A file created on the 28th is counted for the current month.
- A file activated and then deleted or deactivated within the month is billed for that month, not the next one.
- With yearly payment, you prepay twelve times the estimated monthly amount, discount deducted. Each month, actual usage is compared with the prepaid twelfth: only the excess is billed.
On the Starter plan, the creation of a 16th file is refused. If a file arrives in another way, for example through a synchronisation, the Licence screen displays a warning and the equivalent amount on the Firm plan.
The Licence screen
The Licence screen opens from the list of files. Any member of the firm can view it; only administrators and managers manage the licence.

A banner appears at the top of the screen when an action is expected: licence expired or about to expire, file limit exceeded, statement awaiting payment.
The counter of Peppol documents sent per file and the online payment of statements are coming. The fair use of 100 documents per file and per month already applies contractually.
